So back in Jan, I decided I was too fat, and too out of shape.

So I started watching my calories, using the elliptical machine almost daily, and have even added in some push ups to my 'exercise' routine.

I also weight myself every morning.

So far I've lost about 14 lbs, and I'm about 4 lbs from my first weight goal. Hooray!

But I had a secret on-the-side goal. Every summer, I mow the lawn, sometimes weekly, sometimes bi-weekly. And every time it totally kills me, sweat running down, panting. I often would literally come in afterwards and lay on the floor for a while.

Keep in mind, I have a reel mower, no motor, just me & lots of pushing.

My secret on-the-side goal, was to make lawn mowing easy. Today was the first mow of the season, and I'll admit, there wasn't a lot of grass to mow. But, I'm not even tired, didn't even sweat that much.

Hooray!

Can't wait to see what's next.
